Hold my hand so I don't wonder
Stay firmly pressed against my body
For this I will adore you forever
I fear life will stretch apart
If your hand is not tangled in mine
Split amid the gap between our clothes
Thrown to conflicting sides of the universe
This world we live in is wearisome enough
Without your hand in mine I have no bed of roses
No gratification will I gain without you as I endure this life
So continue to hold my hand as the days pass
